General Rules

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions (”Terms”) apply to your use of the walla.my website, any associated services, or platforms (together, or individually, the “Service”) operated by Paprika Data Lab Inc. (”Walla”, “us”, “we”, or “Company”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, members and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service. If you are accessing or using the Service on behalf of a business or entity, then your business or entity is legally and financially responsible for your access to and use of the Service as well as for the use of your account by others affiliated with your entity, including any employees, agents, or contractors.

2. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

  1. “Service” means Walla and any associated services that “Member” can use in the device (PC, TV, Smartphone, etc)
  2. “Data Collection and Investigation Service” (”Data Service”) means the service of survey programming, respondent sellection, survey deploying and response collection by concluding a contract with “Company” and “Member”
  3. “Platform Service” means “Service” that “Company” proceed and provide to “Member” by using Walla.
  4. “Member” is the one who uses “Walla” and concludes a contract with “Company”.
  5. “ID” is email dress that “Member” provides and “Company” confirms for “Member” identification and “Service” performance.
  6. “Paid Service” is “Service” of variety of paid contents “Company” provides, including “Data Collection and Investigation Service” and “Platforms Service”
  7. “Response” is data created in the course of performing the “Data Collection and Investigation Service” upon request by “Member”.
  8. “Results” is the final result of “Response”.
  9. “Content” is every information and data “Member” uploaded on “Service”.
  10. “Charging” means to charge commensurate sum of money, that “Member” paid to “Company”, to team or individual “Member” “ID”.
  11. Cancellation” means “Company” returning the “Paid Service” fee to “Member” when a "member" who has paid for "paid service" tried to use "paid service", but the service was not provided normally due to reasons attributable to the "Company".
  12. "Refund" refers to the refund of the amount paid "recharge amount" through the payment method set by the "company" in cash or to cancel the approval for the amount.
